- To apply for the entrance examination, general category candidates must have 55% at post-graduate level and SC/ST/OBC/Disabled persons must have at least 55% at post-graduate level. it is mandatory to have 50% marks.
- Eligibility for exemption from the entrance examination will be examined by a committee constituted by the University. Applicants should ensure exemption before the examination.

- Candidates have to apply online on the link available at university website.
- Read instruction given there carefully before filling application form.
- The date of submission of application form for the entrance examination 2023 is fixed from 16.11.2023 to 25.11.2023.
- Applications sent through e-mail or speed post/courier/registered post will not be accepted. The applicant must appear in person and submit the hard copy of the application form to the Hemchand Yadav University PhD Cell by 28.11.2023.
- Application Fee – Rs. 800/-
Selection Process
- Candidates will be selected on the basis of entrance test & interview.
Hemchand Yadav Vishwavidyalaya PhD Entrance Details
Entrance test question will contain multiple choice questions.
Entrance test will contain 50% research methodology and 50% subject specific questions.
Admit Card
